I bought a large flowerpot with a plant in my living room, and it suited the space beautifully. Unfortunately, the plant started to wither few months after, despite watering. Then, I decide to relocate it to my kitchen, and surprisingly, it thrived well. When I moved the plant back to its initial location (living room), it started to wither again. When I read about the many battles that were fought in the Bible, I feel distressed that there were too many killings. I was also surprised to see that God himself gave victories to some of these battles. But why would God support killings? My understanding is that in ancient days, victory was achieved by defeating physical enemies in battles. Victory today, however, is achieved by fighting spiritual enemies and strongholds that cause the afflictions we see physically.

From fighting for survival, to territorial behaviours, and even displaying deep parental instincts just like humans. I once watched a lion devour a deer. The poor deer fell out of the pack while grazing and “Boom” the lion pounces on him, while the rest of the pack fled for safety.

He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him (John 1:10, NIV) I had the strangest experience ever, while having my first child through caesarean section. I saw myself as a circle of many tiny dots. Suddenly the dots started to diminish until one was left. Afterwards, I heard my spirit crying out to God to save me from fading out. When I share this experience with people, I get various reactions. Some find my story intriguing, others think it could be the effect of the anaesthesia.
